The grounds, including walkways, driveways, walls, and vegetation are inspected as to how they may affect the home. A description of the materials used and maintenance recommendations are also included.
These procedures are also followed during the following types of inspections:
Having the home inspected prior to placing on the market is the ideal way to identify and either repair or disclose the issue found in the Inspection Report. Obviously, repairing the items would be the most beneficial towards completing the sale.
Home Maintenance Inspections
A periodic Home Maintenance Inspection can be very helpful in extending the life of your home and its components, while helping to maintain its value. Also, future expenditures can be planned and budgeted for. I highly recommend this service to all homeowners.
A 2 Day Radon Measurement is standard for real estate transactions, and provide valuable information to homeowners planning on staying in their current home. A state of the art continuous radon monitor will be set up in the home. Measurements are recorded every hour for 48 hours. The information is then uploaded to my computer, and a report that includes a graph, as well as text will be printed on site at the completion of the test.
